By entrusting it to us, the Lord wishes again today to instill in our hearts, for the children and the young that He sends to us, the same love with which he inflamed the heart of Marie Rivier. ~Rule of Life~

The Education Mission Statement
of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary
The personnel of the schools and educational centers of the SISTERS OF THE PRESENTATION OF MARY throughout the world
have as a common MISSION:
the integrated human, Christian, spiritual,
cultural and social formation
of children, adolescents and young adults
who are confided to them.
In collaboration with parents,
the entire personnel of our schools and educational centers
seeks to give to young people an education for life:
an education which proclaims Jesus Christ
by means of evangelical values
in fidelity to the spirit of Marie Rivier.
Among these values, we promote:
a family spirit, respect, openness to others,
solidarity, and compassion.
Respectful of different cultures,
educators endeavor to transmit these values
not as a means of power and prestige
but as a means of empathy and communion.
Thus young people in our Educational Network
will be prepared for a responsible service
