The Spiritual Family of Marie Rivier
Serving God's Children
A vocation director is chosen by his/her religious community to promote vowed membership, to help others discern their vocation, and to oversee the application process of new members entering the community as a postulant. They assist those who are considering the possibility of religious life by providing support, discernment counseling, and information.
If you are interested in discerning a vocation to the Consecrated Life with the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, please contact the director of vocations by email or phone by using the contact information above. She looks forward to hearing from you and helping you discern the call of God in your life.
Walk with me, good and loving God, as I journey through life. May I take your hand and be led by your Holy Spirit. Fill me, inspire me, free me to respond generously to your call. For I believe you desire my deepest joy, and it is only in your company that my soul will be satisfied and my life will find its meaning and purpose. Amen.
The practice of discernment involves gathering information, seeking guidance, and listening to the voice of God. It is an ongoing attitude of surrender to God’s will and openness to what He asks of you in life. Discernment is a wonderful tool to help you discover the actions of God in your life.
